After placing an order, it is sent to the appropriate warehouse within hours. Most items that are offered on our site are in stock, except for certain special order items. It is our experience that 95% of orders are delivered within 7-10 business days, which is not bad considering the amount of products we offer specifically for your car. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.
All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Bean Garage within 5 days of receiving your order.
If it is damaged, take a picture of the damaged area immediately and email it to spencer at beangarage.com.
Keep the product in its original box.
Do not send it back to Bean Garage, we will contact the shipper and have it inspected and picked up. After this, we can send you a replacement part.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, most UNUSED items can be returned for a 15% restocking fee unless other additional manufacturer fees apply. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. If the package is returned to Bean Garage or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 15% restocking fee and/or additional manufacturer fees that may apply. These fees will be charged to your account on file.
BEAN GARAGE DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES
In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Bean Garage, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
To return a item back to us, please do the following:
# Contact us to report it.
# Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unuseable
# Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included
If you order Clazzio seat-covers, CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Custom orders include any Clazzio seat-covers that are not in-stock when you place the order. If you'd like to know what Clazzio seat-covers are in-stock, please call us, 800-355-8896, and we are happy to check for you. Typically in-stock Clazzio seat-covers take about a week to receive in the continental US, whereas if they are not in-stock, they take about 8-weeks to receive, since they will be made specifically for your order.
